RomeTD · Google Play
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Littoral Games (“Littoral Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains information in connection with RomeTD, our mobile tower defense game, and related services offered on Google Play (the “Game”). It is intended to satisfy Google Play’s requirement for a publicly available privacy policy and to align with the Data safety section in Play Console.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Littoral Games is the developer and publisher of RomeTD, a mobile tower defense game. This Policy applies to RomeTD on Google Play. It does not apply to unrelated prototypes or other product directions that are not listed under this name.
Privacy questions and data requests: privacy@littoralgames.com
We collect only what is needed to run, improve, and (where enabled) monetize the Game. We do not require you to create an account to play. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
We do not collect government ID numbers, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or health data unless a future RomeTD feature needs them and we update this Policy and the Play Data safety form first.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
We share information only as needed to provide the Game:
We require service providers that process personal data for us to protect it with safeguards consistent with this Policy and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
Data that leaves the device through these SDKs is treated as “collected” and, where a partner uses it for its own purposes (typical of ads), as “shared” in the Data safety section.
RomeTD is a free-to-play tower defense game and may show rewarded or interstitial ads. Where ads or ad measurement are used, the Game uses the Android Advertising ID as required by Google Play policy instead of other persistent device identifiers for advertising purposes.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Android Settings (the exact path varies by device). Opting out does not block the Game; ads, if any, may be less relevant.
RomeTD is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It is not listed as Designed for Families / teacher-approved unless a specific store listing says otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above: local save data until you delete the Game or clear app data; analytics and crash logs typically for a limited operational period (generally up to 24 months unless a shorter SDK default applies); support emails until the request is resolved and for a reasonable archive period; purchase records as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing privacy@littoralgames.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. Uninstalling the Game deletes local data on that device. We cannot delete information held solely by Google (for example your Google account or Play purchase history); use Google’s account tools for that.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example personalized ads) through device settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or another region with similar rules, we process personal data to perform the contract of providing the Game, based on our legitimate interests in running a stable and honest game, and/or based on consent where required (Advertising ID / personalized ads). You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted. To request to know, delete, or correct personal information, email privacy@littoralgames.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a mobile game (HTTPS for network traffic we control, limited access to systems, vendor contracts). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
